Conference Overview
CI Technologies announces its Sixth Annual IAPro and BlueTeam Users Conference will be held in Austin, TX at the Radisson Hotel and Suites, Austin Town Lake, Tuesday October 26th – Thursday October 28th, 2010. The conference is open to all current IAPro and BlueTeam users (new and advanced) as well as all prospective customers.

Equipment
In order for attendees to get the most out of this conference we suggest bringing a laptop computer. CI Technologies staff will be installing a demo version of IAPro during registration night.
The attendee or your IT staff may also contact Mark Gambardella at 800.620.8504 ext 702 no later than Friday10/22/2010 for assistance installing the training version on your laptop prior to the conference. If this option is chosen, you will still need to stop by the registration table Tuesday morning to pick up your conference materials. CI Technologies staff will also be installing a training version prior to the conference.
Please ensure that your IT staff has given you Administrative rights to the laptop so that we may install the training database for you. Installation will occur Monday afternoon 1:00 pm until 7:00 pm prior to the conference beginning.
Conference Attire
Comfortable clothing is recommended…Business Casual, jeans, etc. The conference rooms tend to be on the cool side. You may want to bring a light jacket.

Conference registration is Free for potential customers and existing customers current with their annual maintenance payments.
Registration must be received before noon Pacific Time, October 22, 2010. A $200 fee will be charged to agencies who; send attendees without registering them by 10/22/2010, or fail to cancel registrations for individuals who do not attend.

Reservations must be made by October 15, 2010. The conference room rate is $147 (single or double) plus local tax (15%). Identify yourself as attending the CI Technologies User Conference to obtain the conference room rate.
In order to hold a room reservation, a credit card is required. A deposit of the first night room rate is also required.
Reservations received after October 4, 2010 will be provided on a space available basis at the prevailing rate; not at the listed conference rate. Guaranteed rooms not utilized or cancelled will be billed as a no-show to the guaranteeing credit card or a loss of cash deposit.
*Individual hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendees.
*The hotel will charge a discounted rate of $8.00 per night for parking of a vehicle and $6.00 per day for non-hotel guest vehicles.
