Conference Overview
CI Technologies has announced its Fourth Annual IAPro and BlueTeam Users Conference will be held in Scottsdale, Arizona at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. The conference is open to all current IAPro and BlueTeam users (new and advanced) as well as all prospective customers. Registration begins at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 27, 2008.

Meals
Breakfast will be provided each day as well as lunch on Tuesday. Additionally, there will be a Tuesday night reception for all attendees.
Equipment
In order for attendees to get the most out of this conference it will be necessary to bring a laptop computer. CI Technologies staff will be installing a demo version of IA Pro during registration night.

Room Reservations are now being accepted at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort. The conference room rate is $150.00 (single or double) plus applicable local tax (11.92%). Please Note: Rooms are limited at this rate make your reservations early. In addition to the rates set forth above, there will be a Resort Fee charged to each room each day. The fee is $15.00 and it includes newspaper delivery, in-room coffee, local phone calls, and access to the fitness center. The group room rate will be honored two days before and two days after the conference and will be confirmed on a space available basis.
Room reservations are the responsibility of each attendee and should be made as follows:
Call the Scottsdale Plaza Resort reservation's Department at 800.832.2025. Identify yourself as attending the CI Technologies Users Conference - to obtain the special conference room rate. The conference rate is not available through the on-line resort reservation system. In order to hold a room reservation, a credit card is required. A deposit of the first night room rate is required. Check-in time is 3 PM and checkout time is Noon.
Reservations received after September 28, 2008 will be provided on a space available basis at the prevailing rate. Guaranteed rooms not utilized or cancelled will be billed as a no-show to the guaranteeing credit card or a loss of cash deposit.
