Major Expansion of IAPro Presence in California

CI Technologies announces a significant expansion of IAPro into the California law enforcement marketplace.

IAPro has recently been adopted by San Jose Police, Modesto Police, Santa Monica Police and Palo Alto Police Departments, along with the Sacramento Sheriff's Office, one of the largest in the state. In San Jose, IAPro will additionally support the activities of the Independent Police Auditor and enable them to streamline their work processes.

In San Jose, Modesto and Sacramento, data conversion and integration services were additionally provided. Historical databases containing years of IA information were brought forward and converted into IAPro format at these agencies. Interface processes to their human resource systems were built as well, thus ensuring IAPro's employee data will be kept current and accurate.

In conjunction with this expansion, IAPro has been retooled with new features such as Pitchess request format and purge functionality, addressing specific needs of the California marketplace. In addition, IAPro's already extensive early intervention functionality has been further enhanced to support San Jose's Supervisory Intervention Program (SIP).

CI Technologies has recently added a west coast presence so that technical and user support can be more easily provided during regular working hours in that part of the country. We look forward to IAPro being of important service to these and other California customers for many years to come!
