Phoenix Police Department Adopts IAPro and BlueTeam

Phoenix Police Department is widely recognized as having one of the most highly regarded performance assessment and early intervention programs in existence in American law enforcement. It is underpinned by their PAS (Performance Assessment System) software system, used by the Department's Risk Management Unit. PAS is a highly sophisticated personnel performance assessment system that was built to the Department's specifications.

To complement PAS, IAPro and BlueTeam are now in-use by the Phoenix Police Department's Professional Standards Division

Implementation of IAPro during March, 2007 included conversion of existing complaints databases and creation of an interface to the Department's HR employee database. During Fall 2007, BlueTeam was introduced in stages to front-line personnel, and is now in-use Department-wide for intake of use-of-force reports and other incidents that were formerly documented on paper.
